At this time we can only provide warranty service on products we sell directly or through our authorized dealer network when the dealer actually purchased the shock from us. We will need a copy of the original invoice or sales receipt. If you did not obtain your shock from us we will be pleased to fix if for a reasonable fee.
In the rare event you should need warranty service we pride ourselves on our fast response. Most repairs are completed and posted for shipping in less than 10 business days. If something unusual happens to prevent us from meeting this deadline we will promptly inform you of the cause and when we expect to return your shock. Shipping of the product to us, as well as removal and installation of the parts from the owner’s bike are not covered by the warranty. Return shipping to the customer is covered by us.
