Cancellation & Returns

As our customer, you have 24 hours to make any changes to your shock order, or to cancel a shock order. Custom and personalized orders made especially for you can not be cancelled. Products such as springs, mounting kits and dampers are subject to a 25% restocking charge if returned to no fault of us. All items must be unopened, unused & in its original box or packaging, surrounded by a shipping box acceptable to the carrier. Please call us at (732) 786-9777 to receive your RA #. No exceptions.

Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange or refund consideration. Remember, we cannot return products to our suppliers nor sell them to other customers if you damage them during the installation or return process.

Warranties


Hyperpro Shocks
– 5 years, with service coupon for free 1st service after 2-3 years or 20-25,000 miles after purchase.

Hyperpro Springs – Warrantied for life against breaking & sagging.

YSS shocks – 2 years.

Wilbers Shocks – 5 years, with proof of service within 2-3 years after purchase.

Products serviced by EPM – 1 year for parts and labor on items installed by us.

Steering Dampers – The warranty for the Hyperpro steering dampers is 2 years from date of purchase with proof of purchase. If no proof can be provided, the stamped numbers on the swivel eye mount will determine the age. Since 2010, the last two digit numbers are the year when the item was manufactured. Within the 2 year warranty period, the damper will either be replaced or repaired at our discretion upon sending them to us.

First generation Hypepro steering dampers – With adjuster at the end of the shaft/spindle, cannot be rebuilt any longer because of lack of available parts. The factory offers an exchange of these old models towards the updated models with a payment of $ 180.00 including shipping in the domestic USA. Additional shipping charges will be incurred for Canada & foreign countries.

**Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer/sender. We will ship the repaired or replacement warranty items at no cost to you.
